CM Studio collects information to support our normal business operations. We may obtain information directly from the customer, from customer-related transactions and from third parties, such as a consumer-reporting agency. Information is gathered from sources such as credit applications, transactions, and consumer reports.
CM Studio restricts access to customer information to only those individuals who need to know that information to provide products or services to its customers, or to conduct CM Studio business.
In order to serve our prospective and existing customers, CM Studio shares its customers information in connection with the preparation and processing of credit applications or purchasing of products or services or to engage in other non-marketing business operations. For example, CM Studio may share information to prevent fraud, or to comply with the law or a civil or criminal subpoena or summons.
CM Studio does not share a customer's information with another person or entity unless such party is subject to the same restrictions on disclosure of information to which CM Studio is subject.
Upon request, a customer of CM Studio is entitled to have access and correction rights regarding information about the customer collected from third parties in connection with an application for credit.
CM Studio will continue to follow this policy regarding customer information even when a customer relationship no longer exists.
